rendered the opinion and decree of the Court, as follows:

Plaintiff claims the value of a typewriter which it alleges defendant appropriated.

The petition sets out that on January 27th, 1913, it delivered to the Southern Securities Company, at its domicile, No. 435 Carondelet Street, onfe Underwood Typewriter for the purpose of demonstration, with the distinct understanding that if said typewriter proved satisfactory it was to be purchased by said company and remain with it, otherwise it was to be returned to petitioner on demand ; that the said typewriter was not…
