Mr. and Mrs. J. S. LaGrone, brought this action in three counts in the Superior Court of Dougherty County, Ga., against eleven defendants who were residents of that county and two defendants who were residents of Bibb County, Georgia. The litigation involves a religious society. The appeal is from the denial of the defendants’ motion for summary judgment based on the ground that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that the pleadings, exhibits, depositions of the plaintiffs and affidavit attached by the defendants, show that the defendants are entitled to…
