DECISION AND JUDGMENT

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jennifer Jeavons, appeals the November 15, 2007 and October 17, 2007 judgments of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas which granted plaintiff-appellee Firelands Regional Medical Center's ("Firelands") motion to dismiss appellant's class action counterclaim.1 For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
