This matter is a Petition for Review filed by four alumnae of Wilson College (Wilson), Paula S; Tishok, Gretchen Van Ness, Kendal L. Hopkins, and Melissa Behm (collectively, Petitioners), appealing a final order of the Department of Education (the Department) that approved amendments to Wilson’s Articles of Incorporation making Wilson fully coeducational. The Department has moved to dismiss the petition for review on the grounds that Petitioners lack standing to appeal the Department’s order. Because we conclude that Petitioners lack standing, we…
