WADDILL, Commissioner.

This is an appeal frqm a judgment of the Franklin Circuit Court vacating an ■order of the Workmen’s Compensation Board which dismissed the appellee’s application for compensation. A reversal is .•sought on the grounds that the Board correctly found that appellee had not filed his ■claim against the appellant within one year .after the last voluntary payment of compensation.
