WUEST, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendants in a personal injury case. We reverse and remand for trial on the merits.

The defendants, Sandra Ankney (Ank-ney) and her husband, provided baby sitting services in their home for the plaintiff, Rhonda Mitchell (Mitchell). On June 10, 1983, Mitchell and her husband arrived at the Ankney home to pick up their daughter.
