“The above cause is now pending before us on appeal from the County Court of Tarrant County for Civil Cases. On March 7th, 1911, Nash Hardware Company secured a judgment in the sum of three hundred and ninety-five dollars and eighty-four cents against W. A. Williams & Company, a co-partnership composed of W. A. Williams and F. S. Williams.
