STROUD, Judge.
*85 Plaintiff-wife appeals an order granting summary judgment and dismissing her complaint and order denying her Rule 59 motion. Although the trial court titled the order as a summary judgment order, because the trial court conducted a bench trial and entered a final order dismissing Wife's case based upon findings of fact and conclusions of law, we consider the order based upon its substance and not its title.
