for the Court:

¶ 1. Katherine Laws Colbert appeals this action from a grant of summary judgment in favor of Mississippi Marine Corporation. The Washington County Circuit Court found as a matter of law that Darnell Jerome Laws was a borrowed employee of MMC and Colbert’s exclusive remedy against MMC for Laws’s death was under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA), 33 U.S.C. §§ 901-950.
