Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Goldstein, J.), rendered May 31, 1988, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s sole contention on appeal is that he was denied his rights to counsel and confrontation by virtue of the trial court’s ruling regarding the cross-examination of prosecution witnesses.
