The contest herein as to the right of custody of a seven-year-old boy is between the plaintiff, the father of the boy, and the maternal grandfather. The father is twenty-seven years of age and the grandfather fifty-nine. For a full understanding of the case, it will be necessary to refer to the married life of the father and mother of the boy. At the time of the marriage of the father and mother, October 13th, 1920, the father was eighteen years of age and the mother not quite fifteen.
