James A. Lincoln and wife, Blanche Horne Lincoln (appellants), filed this suit against Dale E. Bennett (appellee) and Hiram F. Lively, seeking the cancellation of three certain deeds of trust, in which Bennett was beneficiary, and for an injunction to prevent Lively, trustee in each of the deeds of trust, from selling lands conveyed as security for certain notes ; two of the deeds of trust conveyed the identical property situated on San Jacin-to Street in the City of Dallas, to secure two notes, one dated July 5, 1926, for $8,-000, and the other dated March 22, 1928, for…
