Rockwell International petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) reversing an order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Harvey Meyer (Claimant) hearing loss benefits because he did not meet the 10% threshold due to the WCJ making an age-related deduction.
