In these consolidated wrongful death and survival actions, Plaintiffs seek damages due to their decedents’ deaths in the crash of an S-3 Viking jet aircraft (“S-3”) that Defendant, a Delaware corporation, manufactured and sold to the United States Navy in 1975. Plaintiffs assert claims under the Death on the High Seas Act, 46 U.S.C. app. §§ 761-768 (“DOHSA”), and general maritime law.
