STEPHAN, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from defendant’s conviction on two counts of assault in the first degree for which he was sentenced to twenty-five years on each count. The sentences are to run consecutively to each other and to a thirty-six year sentence de fendant received in federal court on racketeering' charges.
