PER CURIAM: *
Rule 60(b)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure allows a party to obtain relief from a judgment that was obtained by fraud, misrepresentation, or other misconduct. Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)(3). United Student Aid Funds Inc. and Sallie Mae Guarantee Services, Inc., appeal the denial of their Rule 60(b)(3) motion seeking relief from the bankruptcy court’s judgment dis allowing their proof of claim against Carla Roberts, an individual debtor.
