MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER OF THE COURT
GIGNOUX, District Judge.
This is an action under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, arising out of the alleged wrongful dismissal of plaintiff as a student at the Maine Maritime Academy, in deprivation of his rights to procedural due process under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. Defendants are the Superintendent and members of the Board of Trustees of the Academy.
