Stein Steel & Supply Company filed its complaint against Inland Construction Company of Florida, Inc., Alameda Mall, Inc., and Houston General Insurance Company seeking to recover the balance due under an allegedly performed contract between Stein Steel, the materialman and supplier, and Inland, the general contractor, with respect to the construction of a shopping plaza owned by Alameda.
