' This proceeding was removed to this Court from the Circuit Court for Portage County, Wisconsin, by the Debtor, Paula D. Laddusire. It is now before the Court on the motion of the Defendant, Auto-Owners Insurance Company, for abstention and remand (“Auto-Owners”) (“Motion”).
