RAY, Justice.

Appellee, Edna Irene Barkett Gani, filed her motion to dismiss appellant’s appeal to this court on the basis that no final judgment had been entered by the District Court of Harrison County, Texas, in a change of child custody, child support and visitation matter. Upon examination of the order entered by District Judge John Furrh, it is clear that the court has not finally determined all of the matters in controversy.
