Northern Montana Ass'n of Credit Men v. Hauge

This action was brought by the same plaintiff as appears in Cause No. 8,045, Northern Montana Association of Credit Men v. Hauge, ante, p. 56, 105 Pac. (2d) 1102, this day decided. The orginal holders of the claims sued on are not the same as the five companies involved in the prior action; but four companies are involved here. The accounts upon which the action is brought are similar to the accounts in the prior action, being* for goods, wares and merchandise sold to the defendant.
