Plaintiff, on his own behalf and as assignee of a number of other persons, sued to recover the sum of $5,861.75 and to obtain certain injunctional relief, all of which was awarded to him by the judgment of the trial court. Defendant Southern Commercial "Company was organized as a California corporation in the year 1904, with defendants J. L. Hansard, John Galetich, Lewis Farmer, and R. E. Hansard as directors.
