FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
BARBIER, District Judge.
This matter came on for trial before the Court, sitting without a jury, on February 12, 2001. Following the trial, the Court allowed the parties until February 15, 2001 to file any briefs on the issue of attorney’s fees, at which time the Court took the matter under submission. The parties have stipulated to many of the facts as set forth in the pre-trial order.
