— In a proceeding pursuant to article 10 of the Family Court Act, petitioner appeals (by permission) from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County (Scancarelli, J.), entered February 19, 1982, which, inter alia, after a hearing pursuant to section 1028 of the Family Court Act, directed the petitioner to return the child to her mother.
