This litigation involves two questions of first impression. Thurman L. Adams, employed as a service station attendant for Parrish Esso Service Center at West Memphis, was injured in the early hours of May 6, 1960, admittedly in the course of his employment. The injury occurred when a gust of wind, on the service station lot, lifted appellee into the air, carried him approximately seventy-five feet, and dropped him on the concrete apron.
