This was á suit in the district court of Van Zandt county to cancel a deed alleged to have been executed by Creas-sy Stanford to appellant, C. W. Morris, and to divest appellant of whatever title to said land was vested in him by said deed. The deed was of date February 18, 1925, and recited a cash consideration of $400 paid by appellant to appellee, Creassy Stanford. A trial of the case resulted in a judgment in favor of appellee.
