In Re Tibbits' Estate

Tibbits died testate March 17, 1934, leaving surviving her, her husband, George Tibbits, a son, Edward Tibbits, and three daughters, Addie Prall, Jessie Turner, and Ruby Bard. By her will, which was admitted to probate, Mrs. Tibbits devised all of her property, real and personal, to her husband for life, remainder in equal shares to her four children.
