The charge of the information on which appellant was convicted in the court below was that he
“in the county of King, state of Washington, on the 5th day of April, A. D. 1920, being then and there a servant, agent, employee and trustee of the city of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, then and there did have entrusted to him, and have in his possession, custody and control, as and by virtue of being such servant, agent, employee and trustee, five hundred ninety five dollars ($595.00), in *44money, of the value of five hundred ninety-five dollars ($595.00) in lawful money…
