THE MATTER under consideration in this Chapter 7 case is a Complaint filed by Plaintiff, Transouth Financial Corporation of Florida (Transouth), against Charles Homer Duncan and Sharon Marcia Duncan (Debtors). The Complaint seeks this Court’s determination of the dischargeability vel non of a debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C., Section 523(a)(2)(B).
