MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BESOSA, District Judge.

On May 15, 2009, defendant Felix Morales-Sanabria (“Morales” a/k/a “El Chapo”) was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance, conspiracy to import a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute heroin. (Docket No. 215.)
