This was a libel by John C. Montvet arid others, owners of the schooner Clara E. Simpson, against the steamship Dorian, to recover damages resulting from a collision.

BROWN, District Judge.
At about 11 o’clock on the night of December 4, 1894, the libelarits’ schooner Clara E. Simpson, bound west through Long Island Sound, was sunk with all on board, in a *1019collision with the steamship Dorian, hound east. The collision occurred at a point about miles X. by W. from Eaton’s Point light. The stem of the steamer struck the schooner’s starboard side near the mizzen rigging, at an angle of from two to four points.
