Defendants were jointly charged with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor in Pottawatomie county, were tried, convicted, and sentenced to pay a fine of $250 each, and serve 90 days in jail.
A grand jury of Pottawatomie county, on the 30th day of March, 1937, returned a joint indictment, charging each of the above defendants, as follows:
“On the 1st day of July, 1936, and prior to the finding of this indictment, A. P. Robinson and Virgil Robinson did then and there unlawfully, knowingly and willfully have in their possession spirituous, vinous, fermented and malt liquors, to wit: Fifty…
