This is a proceeding in error to review an order of the district court reviving a judgment of a justice’s court *394which had been transcribed to the district court for the purpose of becoming a lien upon real estate. It appears that the judgment had become dormant before the transcript was filed in the district court, and it is contended by plaintiffs in error that, since the judgment was dormant before the transcript was filed, the district court never acquired jurisdiction of the proceedings to revive the judgment.
