|,The defendant, Carl L. Scott, was found guilty as charged of forcible rape and second degree kidnapping following a jury trial. He was sentenced to 25 years at hard labor, with credit for time served, with the first two years to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, for second degree kidnapping. As to the forcible rape conviction, he was sentenced to 25 years at hard labor. The trial court ordered that the sentences be served consecutively.
