Appellee, Bill George, was employed by the Inland Steel Company, at Wheelwright, Ky., during 1931 and until February 19, 1932. On January 1, 1931, George became insured for $1,000 under a group life insurance policy carried for the benefit of its employees by the Inland Steel Company in the Equitable Life Assurance Society. The policy provides for the payment of $1,000 to George’s beneficiary if he should die while employed by the Inland Steel Company, and that it should be paid to George himself, in lieu of death benefits, if, while the policy is…
