This is a special appeal granted by tbis court from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Stone County, modifying a judgment of the Missouri Workmen’s Compensation Commission.

The special appeal in this case was granted on the 13th of October, 1933, upon an application filed by the defendants, the Brownfield Construction Company and the Fidelity & Casualty Company, of New York.
