Defendant Cleo Bell was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver after a bench trial. A sentencing hearing was conducted where mitigation and aggravation were presented. The trial court sentenced defendant to 38 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections, with a credit of 122 days for time served while awaiting sentencing, and assessed fines and fees in the amount of $1,114.
