Appellee Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. (“Hawaiian Airlines”) emerged from bankruptcy protection in 2005 after the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii entered an Order Confirming a Joint Plan of Reorganization (“Joint Plan”) for the airline.
