JENNIFER WALKER ELROD, Circuit Judge:

A jury found Johnny Ochoa, Jr. guilty of (1) conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute at least five kilograms of cocaine and (2) unlawful use of a communication facility, in this case a cell phone. The district court sentenced him to 235 months and 48 months, running concurrently. On appeal, Ochoa argues that there was insufficient evidence to support his conspiracy conviction. He also argues that the district court erred in denying his Motion to Suppress information obtained from his cell phone as well as statements he made before and after arrest.…
