STEVENS, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, which convicted Appellant of driving under the influence of alcohol (“DUI”) 1 and sen-fenced him that day to a mandatory minimum sentence of 48 hours’ to 23 months’ imprisonment. Appellant raises a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
