The appellant was found guilty, by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial, on mixed pleas, of disobedience of an order (six specifications), aggravated assault, and adultery, in violation of Articles 92, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 928, and 934 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ].
