Apple Storage Company, whose warehouse located in West Philadelphia was condemned by the -School District, appeals, from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County awarding it a total of $260,000, ..consisting of $223,000 for real estate, $12,000 for machim ery, equipment and. fixtures, and $25,000 for .moving expenses of personal property..
