Batman, J. —

This is an action brought by appellees, except Ellen Pierce, against appellant to quiet title to certain real estate and for possession thereof. The complaint is in two paragraphs, the first of which sets out the source of appellees’ alleged title, and the second paragraph omits such allegations. Appellant filed her demurrer to the first paragraph of complaint for want of facts, with memorandum, which was overruled, and a proper exception reserved.
