Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Cawley, Jr., J), rendered August 20, 2008, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of two counts of the crime of robbery in the second degree.

Defendant was indicted on two counts of robbery in the second degree for allegedly accosting a clerk in a hotel, stealing cash and the victim’s vehicle. Defendant ultimately pleaded guilty to both counts of the indictment and was sentenced in accordance with a plea agreement to two six-year terms of imprisonment, to run concurrently, and five years of postrelease supervision.
