T.L.D. is the mother of A.C.G., a 12-year-old girl. In 1997, C.G. was determined to be the father of A.C.G. and was ordered to pay $176 per month in child support. On November 14, 2001, the mother filed a petition to hold the father in contempt for nonpayment of child support and to modify the child-support order to increase the support.
