Blauner’s Incorporated and the Fleischmann Construction Company, two of the defendants, appeal from a decree in equity ordering them to pay to plaintiffs a portion of the cost of constructing a party wall. The bill was dismissed as to the other defendants.
Plaintiffs and defendants own adjoining premises in the City of Philadelphia known as Nos. 831 and 833 Market street, respectively.
