Graves, doing business as Graves Butane Company, against Amis Propane, Inc., wherein judgment was entered for appellee (plaintiff below) against Amis Propane, Inc., defendant below, and appellant herein, on a sworn account in the sum of $5,833.40, and denying appellant recovery on his cross-action.
