The treasurer and ex-officio collector of Cook county made application for a judgment against and an order for the sale of the lands returned delinquent for non-payment of the 1931 general taxes. The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, filed objections to the amounts extended by the county clerk for “loss and cost” for the city of Chicago, the city schools, the South Park District, the forest preserve district and the Sanitary District of Chicago.
