IBARRY, Judge.

Defendant in this admiralty case appeals a judgment enforcing a settlement agreement.1 We affirm.

FACTS

Plaintiff filed suit because of injuries he sustained in the course of his employment on a vessel owned and operated by the defendant. In 1990 the defendant propounded a request for production of medical documents. Plaintiffs treating physician, neurosurgeon Dr. John A. Frenz, diagnosed internal disc disruption syndrome at C5-6 and recommended cervical disc surgery.
