OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant, Kenneth J. Carson ("appellant"), filed this appeal seeking reversal of a judgment by the Franklin County Municipal Court granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, Hudson Keyse, LLC Assignee Chase Bank USA, N.A. ("appellee"). For the reasons that follow, we reverse the trial court's judgment.
